1. Pick your tier
Orbit X is built around men's grooming, fragrance and watches. What you choose at checkout is how good you want the box to be — Gold, Diamond or Platinum — and you can move between them later from your account.
2. Tell us what you like
Your fragrance profile and anything you react badly to. Then you choose the pieces themselves — the clipper, the cologne, the watch, the steamer. It takes under a minute and it is what stops a subscription box from being a box of things you do not use. You can change any of it later.
3. Pay for your Welcome Vault
₦49,000 for the first box, on the card you want billed monthly. Payment runs inside Paystack — your card details never reach us. You are charged once, today.
4. It ships on the next dispatch date
Boxes leave us on the 15th and the 30th. You get a photo of your box before it is sealed and a tracking number when it goes. Lagos is usually next day; the rest of Nigeria is two to four working days.
After that
Every 30 days a Replenishment Drop arrives — consumables you have run down, plus one new piece and one mystery item. It is ₦35,000 a month, charged to the same card three days after we tell you it is coming.
We email you before every charge, not after. A subscription that debits a card without warning is one people cancel out of irritation rather than dissatisfaction.
Three ways out, all self-serve
Skip a month
Two taps in your account. The next box is pushed a month, you are not charged, your price does not change. Two skips per six months.
Pause
Up to three months, for a trip or a tight stretch. Nothing is charged and nothing ships while you are paused, and you resume at the price you were on.
Cancel
Two taps, no phone call, no retention maze, no "reply to this email to confirm". Cancel before your next billing date and you are never charged again. Everything already delivered is yours to keep.
Paying for several months up front
A 3-month pass is ₦107,000 and a 6-month pass is ₦205,000 with free shipping — both cheaper than paying monthly. Prepaid months are not charged again; each one just releases the next box. When the pass runs out you roll onto the normal ₦35,000 month, and we tell you before that happens.
