Can I cancel any time?
Yes, in two taps from your account, with no phone call and no email to anyone. Cancel before your next billing date and you are not charged again. You keep everything already delivered.
What if I want to keep the membership but skip one month?
Use Skip. Your next box is pushed a month, you are not charged for it, and your price stays where it is. You get two skips every six months — enough for a tight month or a trip, without turning the membership into an optional thing.
Is the vault really worth more than I pay for it?
Yes, and the figure is not a round number we picked. It is the sum of what each item in your box sells for individually in Nigeria today, and every item is listed by name with its price on the homepage so you can check it yourself. We buy the whole cycle at volume and skip the retail markup — that gap is the entire reason the membership exists. The exact totals differ by track and tier, which is why they are shown live rather than quoted here.
Why does the first box cost more than the months after it?
The first box is the Welcome Vault: it includes the anchor pieces you keep and use for years — the watch, the fragrance, the hardware. Every box after it is a Replenishment Drop of consumables and one new piece, so it costs less to build and costs you less.
How long does delivery take?
Boxes dispatch on the 15th and 30th of each month. Lagos is usually next day; the rest of Nigeria is two to four working days. You get a tracking number when yours leaves us, and a photo of your box before it is sealed.
What is the mystery item?
From your second box onward, one item is not announced until it arrives — a car diffuser, a shoe care kit, a travel cologne. It is always something we would have been happy to list; it is a surprise, not a filler. Your Welcome Vault has no mystery item: everything in it is named up front so you can check the total yourself. Members see a teaser in their account a few days before each reveal.
Can I tell you what I like?
Yes, and you should. Checkout asks for your fragrance profile and anything you are allergic to, and you pick the actual clipper, cologne, watch and steamer that go in your vault. You can change your preferences any time from your account. It is what makes the box yours rather than generic.
Is my card safe?
Your card details never touch our servers. Payment runs entirely inside Paystack, which is PCI-DSS certified and licensed by the CBN. We store a token that can only be used to charge your subscription, and you can remove it whenever you like.
What if something arrives broken or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days with a photo and we replace it in the next dispatch, or credit you for it — your choice. We pay the return shipping. See the cancellation and refunds policy for the detail.
Do you deliver outside Nigeria?
Not yet. Orbit X ships within Nigeria only while we are building out the logistics.
